07Client services are governed separately

Any software, pilot engagement, proof-of-concept, deployment, subscription service, consulting engagement or other client-facing service provided by Karanya is governed exclusively by the applicable written agreement between Karanya and the client. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and that written agreement, the written client agreement prevails.

09Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
